China Expat's are always open to new ideas and suggestions.
If you want to create an online community, but do not
have the resources or knowledge, then China Expat's
are very open to helping you. Often this is as simple
as affording you somewhere to create your Blog or Group.
If you do not know how to do this, and our Blog admin
is too difficult, then tell us and we will help you
make your Project become real. Often this is not because
of technical reasons, but can be due to language difficulties.

4. We do require that you sign-in,
but other than checking your email address and trying
to prevent spammers, this is a totally unrestricted
resource for you to enjoy and share as an online community
5. This feature is currently powered
by Dolphin, but will be replaced in late August 2010
by a Zikula community - the delay is because we are
waiting for them to release version 3, which resolves
a lot of database and legacy issues
